  • 1-1/2 cups Gluten Free Baking Flour
  • 1 cup Raisins Natural
  • 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Unsalted Butter
  • 1 tsp Xanthan Gum
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 3 cups Gluten Free Rolled Oats
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Beat butter and sugars together until smooth then add vanilla and eggs; beat the ingredients together
  3. In a separate bowl, blend flour, cinnamon, baking soda, salt and Xanthan Gum. Mix flour blend with rest of the ingredients. Add oats and raisins and mix
  4. Put round shaped mixture onto un-greased cookie sheet
  5. Bake for 10 – 12 minutes
  6. Let it cool for one minute
