Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups Gluten Free Baking Flour
- 1 cup Raisins Natural
- 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Unsalted Butter
- 1 tsp Xanthan Gum
- 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 3 cups Gluten Free Rolled Oats
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Beat butter and sugars together until smooth then add vanilla and eggs; beat the ingredients together
- In a separate bowl, blend flour, cinnamon, baking soda, salt and Xanthan Gum. Mix flour blend with rest of the ingredients. Add oats and raisins and mix
- Put round shaped mixture onto un-greased cookie sheet
- Bake for 10 – 12 minutes
- Let it cool for one minute
